I went into School this Thursday to chat to Years 3 and 5 about my job and share some of what I do at work. Also got some time with years 1 and 6 too, so a busy day. I never cease to be amazed at the way some of their little minds work and the great questions they come up with. A really enjoyable day for me personally and hopefully I have sparked a bit of interest amongst some of them for engineering as a future career option.
Got to see their morning assembly too, which included a talk from a lady from the Dorset Waste Partnership - a great little presentation by her, which the children were fully engaged in.
